The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Simon Coveney, approved military aid for Ukraine:Miscellaneous

- €20 million of humanitarian aid as of 14 April 2022,[166] which include €4.3 million worth of medical supplies such as ambulances.[167]
- €25 million funding announced on 13 December 2022 by the Irish government to help with the reconstruction and development of Ukraine.[168]
- €450,000 towards a UN Food and Agriculture Organisation project to provide 500 tonnes of seed potatoes to 10,000 Ukrainian farmers.[169]
- €1 million in humanitarian aid to Ukraine following the Destruction of the Kakhovka Dam[170]
