Izhevsky Mekhanichesky Zavod JSC (AKA Baikal) and Open Joint Stock Company Kontsern Izhmash are also linked to the previously designated Kalashnikov Concern and are being designated because they operate in the arms or related materiel sector in the Russian Federation.
